I have dealt with many of these technicians over the past 15 years.  There was NEVER a time when they were not a pleasure to deal with and  everyone of them are professionals in their fields.  Our issues were always dealt with speed and efficiency – the C-net team is exceptional.  I am not a “techie” but they never made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about.
