Service Block Hours Reduce Hourly IT Costs

By purchasing Service Blocks, you can take advantage of bulk discounts off our hourly rates. Blocks are prepaid and then deducted as we work on your system — both onsite and remotely, in 15 minute increments. We do not charge drive time but there is a 15 minute minimum for remote service and a 1 hour minimum for onsite service. Unused time does not expire.
